Our listings recieve thousands of hits on a daily basis and our cross section of properties ensure property owners will recieve the like minded traffic they need to help sell their listings. At American Lands we alow no advertising or annoying pop up adds on our site--just great properties and useful information! 

American Lands offers property owners and real estate professionals the ability to advertise their properties for sale on  our site. Advertisers can choose to place their listings in up to three appropriate categories on our site. Each listing can contain up to nine photos(more upon request) and unlimited property description, as well as virtual tours and mapping software. Property listings can be emailed to anyone and buyers have the ability to contact the sellers directly from the site.Once listings are added to the site, advertisers can make any changes to the listings(price,status,pictures) by simply emailing us the changes--and we do it for you! 

Listing Plans

Advertisers can choose from three listing plans:

Standard Single Listing: billed monthly --For Homeowners or realtors who want to advertise one property

Multi Listing Plan: billed annually--For realtors, brokers and organizations who want to advertise several properties. Advertisers can place up to 15 properties on the site through the course of the year. 

Advertisers who choose the Multi Listing Plan can use our listing builder service.We will add your listing for you!--If your  listing is on another web site(company site, regional listing service), we will copy the information and pictures and build your listing. Simply email us the link, and we will build your listing within hours--saving you valuable time and money!

Company Plans:  For brokerage or other organizations. American Lands will customize a companywide plan to advertise your properties on our site. Contact us for details.
